Description of products
UV irradiation crosslinking cable material is made by adding crosslinking agent into polyethylene resin and extruding and granulating with high aspect ratio twin screw extruder. This product makes use of the transparent characteristics of polyvinyl resin in the molten state, and irradiates the material with ultraviolet light when the gate is lined up, thus triggering the crosslinking photosensitizer to form free radicals and promote polyethylene to produce macromolecular free radicals, and the free radicals form polyethylene crosslinking insulating material through the bond cooperation.
